ASSUMPTIONS CONCEPT OF LEAN PROCESSES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF THE WORK ON EXAMPLE THE PRODUCTION OF BUILDING COMPONENTS - Production Enginnering Archives

The following paper discusses how to use of a company’s assets efficiently by the identification of value stream and the elimina-tion of all the processes that do not contribute to a company’s added value. The identification of critical points of value stream by means of a map illustrating these processes helps to indicate the area where the selected elements of LEAN concept aiming at eliminating waste in domestic transport should be implemented. The article contains the analysis of the state of the current stream, and suggestions concerning its improvement.
